Australian Scaffold & Access Pty Ltd accepts no liability if their goods are used or mixed with other goods. In that respect, the buyer will indemnify the Supplier against all claims made by third parties where the Supplier’s goods are mixed or used with other goods or copies of the Supplier’s goods. To the extent permitted by law, Australian Scaffold Access PTY LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or misuse of our scaffolding products or services.
6.3 Indemnification
